Happy 4th of July (courtesy photo)
Let’s all celebrate this 4th of July by doing an Act of Kindness. Show your patriotism , and do your patriotic duty.
Let us unite the country.
We owe this to our country.
**Helped pay medical bills, in five-figure, for an old friend’s family. It was a matter of life and death. You will not get poor by sharing your wealth with the underprivileged, sick, and poor. Help the helpless in the name of God!
**What’s happening to our country? It’s so hard to watch the news these days. There is so much violence in so many cities. So many innocent people are getting hurt. This should be stopped.
Let us unite the country, let’s all work together. We are one nation, one family, and one voice. Help each other. Show more love for each other. Bring back the brotherly love on this 4th of July. Please do one act of Kindness. Show that you care, believe in unity, kindness, and most of all in making this Nation great. Also, keep the tradition going throughout the year. Do one act of kindness on special days such as: your birthday, holidays, and even when you get paid. It helps both the giver and the receiver, and the feel-good hormone dopamine starts flowing all over in the body. Your blood pressure may come down, and you may even live longer. It has a trickle down effect. All parties feel good. I love the great song: “We are the world, let’s come together.”
We are Democrat and Republican, and we are one and all.
We are the land of Lincoln; Kennedy and we love them all.
We fought several Wars and not afraid to fight again.
We can show the people how to come together again.
We are a melting pot that proud us all.
We are kind and passionate that proud us all.
Life is short, and journey is long.
We can and we will travel along.
Give us strength O’God, we are praying for all.
Give us vision, show the path, and unite us all. Sushil

Trees don’t eat their own fruit.
Clouds don’t swallow their own rain.
What great ones have, is always for the benefits of others.” Hindu Proverb

Random Acts of Kindness
You don’t need money, just a little time to give mental support and be kind to all. Check on the elderly, bring their Newspaper to their door in bad weather, say hello to your neighbors when you see them, wish them happy holidays and birthdays etc. Call your parents, grandparents, sisters, brothers, aunts and uncles; talk to them to make sure they are not lonely. Thank the soldiers when you see them for keeping us safe; thank priests, police officers, teachers, health care workers, food suppliers, postal workers, newspaper persons, trash collectors for their services. Write notes to a lonely and unknown person and make his or her day. Give thanks to all those heroes who are sacrificing their lives to help others during this Pandemic. You all are Angels.
