**The Importance of the Coronavirus vaccination:
How much you are willing to sacrifice to escape from the vaccine is up to you. But here are some of the facts that you should know how the vaccine works. Please check with your doctor first.
According to Glenn J. Rapsinski, University of Pittsburgh Health Sciences:
“What happens when the vaccine enters your body?
Once a covid-19 vaccine is injected, the mRNA or DNA gets swallowed up by tissue cells and special immune cells that live in muscles, skin and organs called dendritic cells…Dendritic cells keep watch over all parts of the body like sentinels, searching for signs of invading germs – like the coronavirus. As soon as the DNA or mRNA is inside the dendritic or tissue cells, the cells use the instructions to create spike proteins. This process usually takes less than 12 hours…The spike proteins can trigger the body’s immune system to amp up its defense so it is ready if the whole coronavirus invades…
What happens once the immune system gets revved up?
Thanks to that process, the body is now on high alert and ready to learn to fight invaders – in this case, the spike proteins made after injection with covid-19 vaccine…
Immune cells in the body, called B-cells and T-cells, recognize the warning signs of an outside invader. Thousands of these cells rush to the area to learn about this new threat so they can help provide protection…
One type of T-cell, called helper T-cells, assist the B-cells in making antibodies when danger signals are present. Another kind of T-cell is there to check if other cells in the body are infected by the virus. If that type of T-cell spots an infected cell, it removes the infected cell so it cannot create more copies and pass on the infection to other cells…
Why is my arm sore?
You might see some physical signs that there’s a struggle going on underneath the skin…You might also experience a fever or other signs of sickness. All of these mean that your body is doing exactly what it’s supposed to.
This is a safe and natural process that happens when the body is learning how to fight the spike proteins. That way, if you do come into contact with the real coronavirus, your body has learned how to protect you from it.”
There are so many benefits of the vaccination:
- Vaccines provide protection against coronavirus and several other diseases related to covid-19.
- If you have any chronic condition you may need it most.
- According to a study vaccinations are 97% effective against hospitalization, great protection and short incubation period.
- According to JAMA, COVID-19 Resource Center, published on August 18, 2021, Confronting the Delta Variant of SARS-CoV-2, Summer 2021:
“In the US, the Delta variant was first identified in March 2021. Since then, Delta has become the predominant variant in the US and has caused an expansive wave of new infections, especially in the Southeastern US in places where community vaccination rates are low. In fact, the spread of Delta is largely a reflection of the uneven vaccination coverage in the US, with substantially higher numbers of cases, hospitalizations, and deaths among states with low vaccination rates and limited public health mitigation measures.”
- A British study shows that the people affected with Delta variant are twice as much are likely to hospitalize than those of earlier variant.
- According to one newspaper:
“The latest surge in coronavirus cases is overwhelming many intensive care units, causing hospitals and states to run out of ICU beds in some locations…”
- A CDC study shows that the Delta variant cases dropped by five-fold with vaccine.
A new variant of Coronavirus – “Omicron” has started in Africa, and in other countries. Due to its rapid spread through Africa, the officials are taking this new variant seriously. Officials urge vaccination amid Omicron fear. President Biden urged American to get fully vaccinated and start wearing the face masks indoor in public places.
CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky said in a statement, “The recent emergence of the Omicron variant (B.1.1.529) further emphasizes the importance of vaccination, boosters, and prevention efforts needed to protect against COVID-19,”
Pray to the God, and pray hard, hope this beast – coronavirus is out of here soon. We want our lives back. I am so thankful to God that I am living in a country that has an abundance supply of the vaccine.

Random Acts of Kindness
You don’t need money, just a little time to give mental support and be kind to all. Check on the elderly, bring their Newspaper to their door in bad weather, say hello to your neighbors when you see them, wish them happy holidays and birthdays etc. Call your parents, grandparents, sisters, brothers, aunts and uncles; talk to them to make sure they are not lonely. Thank the soldiers when you see them for keeping us safe; thank priests, police officers, teachers, health care workers, food suppliers, postal workers, newspaper persons, trash collectors for their services. Write notes to a lonely and unknown person and make his or her day. Give thanks to all those heroes who are sacrificing their lives to help others during this Pandemic. You all are Angels.
